SP Cabergolin

SP Cabergolin is recommended for use in various types of medical problems that occur when prolactin hormone levels are too high. It can be used to treat some types of menstrual problems, fertility problems in men and women, and pituitary prolactinomas.

It works by preventing the brain from producing and releasing the prolactin hormone from the pituitary gland.

This product will no longer be needed for administration when prolactin levels are maintained for 6 months.

Side effects: nausea, dizziness, asthenia, fatigue, abdominal pain, drowsiness, depression, nervousness.

The recommended dose is 0.25-1 mg twice a week.

The product will be stopped after a normal serum prolactin level has been maintained for 5-6 months.
